After being called a few times , Shaun finally snapped out of it and cleared his throat .

Feeling Shaun’s intense gaze , Halsey’s cheeks flushed red .
Patricia smiled warmly . “ Come on . Sit down . ”
Halsey and Madeline took their seats .
Madeline looked at Shaun . “ You still haven’t answered my question . Isn’t Halsey beautiful ? ”

Madeline giggled softly .
Halsey felt her face burning .
The waiter started bringing the food . Cyril glanced at Shaun and asked , “ Do you have a partner ? ”
“ I’m single now , ” Shaun replied . Then he added , “ Three years ago , I got badly injured in the face . Chelsea is a doctor , so she’s been by my side all this time . Our relationship is strictly doctor and patient . ”
