“ How do you plan to do that ? ” Shaun asked .
Halsey’s eyes flicked down from his six – pack abs to lower ; she hesitated before blurting out , “ Could you take off your pants ? ”
Shaun looked at her , his gaze suddenly darkening .
Halsey wasn’t even sure what she was saying as her heart pounded loudly in her chest .
Was it the thrill of the daring possibility that Shaun might actually be Dwight , or the nerves from making such a bold request ?
“ The person I know … He has a mole down there . I want to see it . ”
Shaun swallowed hard . “ What if I say no ? I don’t want to take them off . ”

Halsey looked at him pleadingly . “ Please . Just a peek . ”

She began fumbling with the buckle .

Halsey’s face burned hotter , the flush creeping all the way down to her pale earlobes . She tugged on the belt harder . Soon , her fingers brushed something solid and scorching – so hot it made her shiver all over .
Startled , she jerked her hand away and instinctively stepped back .
But Shaun reached out , caught her face in his hand , and pulled her close . “ Why stop now ? ”

Halsey looked into his eyes , which were just like Dwight’s , and her knees began to weaken . “ Are you him ? Please tell me . I really want to know . ”
Shaun’s voice softened . “ Does it matter that much ? ”
“ For me , it does , ” she whispered . “ Dwight … Is that you – mmm ! ”
Without warning , Shaun lowered his head and pressed his lips to hers .
