I groaned and pressed my thighs together . My pussy started to throb in a good way .

I attempted to raise my hands and knock on the door , but before my knuckles could touch wood , I let my hand fall to my side again . I closed my eyes and took a deep breath in .
“ Angel , we look silly standing out here on the deck . Please knock , or I can ask Rocky to open the door for us . They already know we’re here ” Blake’s voice interrupted my dilemma .
“ This that part of that weird mind thing you two do ? ” I turned around to face my annoyed fiancé .
It had been a week since we came back from Greenwoods , and just like Rocky and Blake explained , things were still the same . Taylor was ecstatic that I finally knew about Rocky . She said she’s been itching to tell me all about him . We had a girls day out , and she told me everything from the beginning . Just like I promised Rocky , I pretended to hear it all from her for the first time .
Blake and I had spent some time talking about his werewolf world as well . We drove to Huntly most afternoons to see Sue and Nate so that they could give me some information as well . I had learnt that the Coopers were very high ranked wolves . They ran the Storm Moon Pack that was the largest in the East . Sure explained the different roles everyone played .
During our visit to Huntly this morning , Nate explained that every area had its ruler , King of the North , Queen of the South , Queen of the West and lastly , King of the East . His story made sense until he said that Pops had stepped down as the King of the East 5 years ago . The way that man walked and talked , you would think Pops was still the ruler . However , what really stopped my heart was when Nate said that he couldn’t take over because their pack needed an Alpha , too , and he couldn’t do both .
But before I could ask any more questions , Blake turned up and whisked me away . So now , here I was , standing in front of Rocky’s house , contemplating life decisions .
“ Let’s just go home . I can’t do this . My palms are sweaty , and I feel nauseous ” I turned to face Blake . He was leaning against the railings with his arms
crossed .
“ You know those are also signs of pregnancy “ , came a voice from behind me .
I turned to find Rocky standing in the doorway .

“ Shut up ! I’m not pregnant . You know why I’m feeling like this , I snapped at him .
“ Well , given that I’m sterile until we finish our mating , I’m sure the chances are very slim “ , Blake laughed , and Rocky lined him .
“ You are both assholes ! ” I crossed my arms and pouted .
“ Oh there there , don’t pout . Come on , come inside . Mums waiting for you ” Rocky patted my shoulder .
I took a deep breath and nodded . Rocky grabbed my arm and dragged me inside . I reluctantly let him pull me . Blake shut the door and followed is . Apparently , Blake had been in Rocky’s house multiple times in the last few months .
Blake explained that he knew what Rocky was the first day they met in his leaking bathroom . He invited Rocky and Theresa to join his pack , and after the initiation , Blake had asked Rocky to be his beta . Apparently , Scott used to be Blake’s beta , but after they found him , Fuxking Kyra , he was banished from the pack . Blake didn’t really tell me the whole story , but there’s a special beta bond that was broken , and it really hurt Blake . After Rocky took the offer , that bond was formed between Blake and him , which is why they suddenly became so close .
As we got closer to the living area , my heart rate increased , and my anxiety skyrocketed . I could feel my chest tightening as well .
“ Rockz , let me hold Rosy before her heart leaps out of her chest . Her anxiety is hitting me like a brick wall ” Rocky let go of me , and Blake put his arm over my shoulder , pulling me close .
The moment Blake’s body touched mine , I felt relaxed . He was my drug . I wasn’t anxious or scared anymore . His warm embrace was soothing , and I leaned more into him .
“ Come on , Angel , you have to see Theresa ” he started walking towards the living area .
Theresa and Taylor were sitting on the couch waiting for us .
“ Oh sweetheart , why the hesitation ? ” She got up and walked over to me . I felt Blake’s arm disappear , and all the emotions came rushing back .
