Jordan waved me away and shook his head.

I smiled silently, not wanting to comment.

I smiled, feeling regretful as well.
“Many of my projects need your supplies. We’ll continue to work together, I promise you.”

“Can your body handle it, Mr. Jordan?”
“I have to make it work, no matter what. Jesse can fend for himself. I want to die with pride, even if I die in the factory,” Jordan vowed.
