Jesse and his secretary spoke up together.

“That’s right!” I locked eyes with Jesse. “From today onward, Tanum cancels all cooperation with Yorksen.”
“Ms. Chloe, please don’t.” The secretary panicked and grabbed my arm. “I’ll call the ex-boss right away. Please calm down.”
I glanced at her coldly. “There’s no need for that.”
Brushing off her hand, I turned and walked out. The secretary, now pale with fear, followed me out.
Jesse’s furious roar echoed behind us, but the secretary had no choice but to stop and return to mediate.
Once we were out of Yorksen, I instructed Eleanor, “Contact the two door companies you mentioned and ask them to come to Foswood for a meeting. If possible, bring along some samples. The sooner, the better.

I let Carol drive straight to the market. It had been a while since I visited.

After contemplating, I told Benjamin, “I’m discussing business at the market. If he’s not in a hurry, he can come in the afternoon or tomorrow.”

Carol looked at me and said, “Chlo, I’m sure he’ll be waiting for you in the office.”
“Let him wait. We have our work to do. I can’t bend my time around his schedule,” I declared.
I felt somewhat helpless about Melvern. He was like a piece of gum. I truly required Arnold to deal with him.
Arriving at our market store, I was astonished as soon as I walked in. I hadn’t been here for a while, yet the entire store had significantly transformed.

debris had been cleared out. Now the store was clean and bright. All building materials were neatly arranged according to their use, and sample rooms had been set up.

She guided me around and continued, “The employees here are great. Everyone brainstormed, contributed their opinions, and implemented the changes practically.”
She credited all the achievements to everyone, and it was evident that the few people she mentioned were excited by her words.
With a leader like Eleanor, how could
